The vertex of the triangle is at log 1 on the foe scale which is zero on a linear scale. How are you getting a logarithmic axis? Are you checking the Logarithmic Axis checkbox in the Format Axis dialog? I see that the first point is messed up, giving you a triangle instead of a rectangle.
